As a Community Association comprised of 17 tri-level townhomes, The Basberg is governed by a set of governing documents which contains a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R’s) and Rules & Regulations. Members of the Association pay a monthly dues assessment which funds the maintenance of the Common Elements. A portion of this assessment is earmarked for the physical replacement of expired capital assets based on the 2021 Capital Reserve Assessment and Plan.
